There are two types of Plettenberg chalets. Large Plettenberg chalets have two bedrooms and a common bathroom and can accommodate up to four adults. A fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area and lounge with heating and cooling air-conditioning throughout make the large Plettenberg chalet great value family accommodation.
The 56 Plettenberg chalets are located in idyllic garden surroundings. The clever use of trees and shrubs creates intimacy and provides privacy in the communal gardens and each chalet has its own thatched umbrella with built in table and braai (barbecue) facilities.
Guests of the Plettenberg chalets enjoy access to the nearby half-sized Olympic swimming pool with pool loungers and children’s playground, including a slide, swings, jungle gym, merry-go-round and swing-around. The gardens meander down to the bird and waterfowl houses on the banks of the Keisie River, which flows through the Resort. Each Plettenberg chalet has a framed collage showing guests the names and types of feathered friends you will be likely to encounter while you stroll through the park.
