CONFERENCE FACILITIES



Montagu Springs is the perfect venue to conduct business with its modern Conference Centre, offering 50 individual conference tables and chairs, or seating for 100 delegates, and provides most high-tech conference equipment.

Microphones in the ceiling linked to a recorder offer the facility to delegates, at the end of the conference, of being presented with a cassette tape of all conference discussions and proceedings.

The centre is fully air-conditioned and contains a kitchenette, and catering for functions will be arranged on request. A metered phone is also available for use. There is no charge for the use of the Conference Centre, provided delegates occupy a minimum of five chalets. Between sessions, delegates can enjoy the beautiful gardens, cold or hot mineral pools, and view our assortment of over 400 feathered friends sourced from all over the world.

The rear sliding doors of the Conference Centre open onto the pool and recreational area at Golden Terraces. The rotisserie can accommodate two sheep on the revolving spit. Through our offices, we arrange all catering requirements on site (including sheep on the spit), or "Boerekos" at nearby Lochie's Farm.

The Conference Centre is popular during the week for business conferences, and, over weekends, is a popular venue for church groups. Groups (booking 5 or more chalets) can pre-book their accommodation up to one year in advance.

During the week, delegates who utilise the Conference Centre have the added bonus of bath and hand towels and soap, and the luxury of a serviced chalet for each of the delegates, at no extra charge.
